I am trying to create a word template that lists client details and then a table with all their cases in the system.
I can get the contact details displayed but the cases are not showing up. I have added the case fields from the 'incident_customer_contacts' entity and made the fields 'repeatable' but nothing is displaying when running the template from Dynamics. Do the case records need to be in a table rather than just the fields listed on the template?
Not sure what I have missed here, perhaps its the wrong table?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
