Forecaster for GP 2013 SP1 ?

We have Dynamics GP 2013 SP1 and are looking to use Microsoft Forecaster.  We've seen that it's supposed to be included in GP 2013, but can't find it.  We also have the download, but  it won't install on Server 2012.
