How to export Employees Data ( name, performance goals and status ) from human resource to excel ?

Posted on by 40

Hello folks,

I hope you all are doing superb. I need your valuable suggestions.

I have a requirement of exporting employee’s data that includes employees name, employees’ reviews, rating and manager scores from Employee Self Service tab to excel in human resource ( Talent ). The idea behind is that Employees have submitted their performance reviews and now we want to export it to excel. I did not find any out of the box option to export these data. I have investigated CDS entities of human resource but could not find entities that contain these data.

Help me please !

Thanks,

Naeem, I believe you haven't enabled the required feature yet..please go to Feature mgmt and enable the below highlighted feature

As soon as you enable it, Print Review option will start showing up on the ribbon. Please let me know if that helps!

    Good morning Naeem,

Please follow the steps documented below to export data in word doc.

Employee development workspace > Links > Reviews.

Now you can either filter on Review type or Status depending on your requirement, select all the filtered results and click Print Review on top

A new slider would open up, here you can select Performance Review Format for Format mapping field and then click OK. This action will fetch you a word doc with all the necessary details

    Hi Naeem,

I can only think of getting Reviews Printed in a word doc, which def haa all the fields you are expecting. I also checked Performance Review entity, but only managed to add below fields

PRINT REVIEW ( I believe you must have seen this already)
