Hope you are doing well.
I started the Dynamics 365 trail, because I would like to evaluate the Customer service module. I the issue I have is that, in order to be able to do anything as a Service manager, I need to access menu Settings > Service management. Apparently, I am not seeing this. As it is stated in the Documentation (which seems to be insufficient), I need to have permission set of Service manager or Service customizer. When I try to give myself those permissions, I am not able to do so, because I do not have the permission to change my permissions although I am the only one in this trial. Which is strange for a Trial.
Without accessing the Service management settings, I am not able to do configure the module in a way our organization can use it.
