Explore Voice Option Unavailable

I have signed up for the 30 day trial of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, however, the Explore Voice option is unavailable.  I am in North America.  Can you please advise when this feature will become available in North America?  At the November Ignite 2021 forum they said this this feature is available now.
