Hi all,
I created a custom portal on PowerApps where I inserted an entity list on a webpage. On the create button I inserted a custom CRM form but when I try to submit I get this error whereas the user have the Administrator web role with all the entity permissions.
Error : An unknown failure has occurred. Error ID # [8ad97f11-8043-49da-88c4-3ed5a21fc192]
Can anyone help us with this?

Its probably a security error from hitting the button. I would look at your entity permissions on the record, verify the create permission + append/append to. Then youll need to check the entity permission for any lookups on the newly created record for append/append to.
Outside of that, if it doesnt fix the error, do you have azure blob storage? You can tie a more indepth error to it.
