Hi All,
As I am a beginner in talent for D365, I have started creating organization hierarchies.
I have created one legal entity under which I have 2 business units. now, these business units share a common department. how do I create this?

Unfortunately, that is not possible.
You would have to create two different hierarchies.
OR
You would have to create two different departments and then get the units to share a common department.

Within the same hierarchy, it is (unfortunately) not possible to use the same internal organization twice. Or you have to create two departments or two hierarchies.
