Create a Template for the Word

Hi,

I have to create a Word Template and get the Checkbox from the Form. I see in the word document it has a checkbox option which generates as X. But i want to get the Checkbox as tick in the Word document. 

It should be Empty if the checkbox is not ticked, but currently it shows as No if nothing is checked.

Please any suggestions would be really helpful for me!

    Hi Diwakar Raju Devaraj

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Create another Boolean field.

    2. Change the options of Boolean as follows

    2.1. Rename Yes as P

    2.2. Rename No as O

    3. Using a workflow set the value of this new Boolean field on change of your existing Boolean field

    4. Add the new Boolean field to the word template. 

    5. Change the font of new Boolean field in word template as Wingdings 2

     

    Now try to use the word template. 

    Using Wingdings 2 font 

    "P" will be converted to âœ“  

    "O" will be converted to  âœ˜
