Viewing Purchase Orders after posting and received

Hi,

I would like to see older purchase orders. It there a way to view purchase orders that have been posted and the items have been received? I thought I could see an old purchase order in the Purchase Order Archive form but I don't see the one I'm looking for. I know I can go into Posted Receipts but I have to add up each receipt per purchase order. I would like to see the entire purchase order with the total ordered, if possible.

Thanks!

Purchase order will archive only if the Archive Quotes and Orders on the purchases & payable setup is set to true or if you manually archive. You have to use one of this option to archive and see PO.

    Hi,

If the orders are already deleted from the Purchase Orders list, you don't have an option to view them unless you have archived them.  If they are archived, they are available under Purchase Order Archives.

    Best Regards,

    MMV
