Field Service Portal Self-Scheduling page permission issue

When I go to the self scheduling page, the page opens for a second and then redirects to the notfound page will the error below.

Has anyone seen this issue and is there a way to fic this issue?

    I haven’t seen that one but I would log a support ticket since this is still in preview.

    Did you set up Incident Type and assigned a web role to portal user?

    Thanks Ali!!!!!. The issue was #14 I did not have Enable C2 set to yes!
