Solution to manage my contracts and subscriptions

Hello guys,

I'm not quite sure if I'm over complicating things but I'm looking for a solution to manage my contracts and subscriptions. Especially for reminding me about contracts that are about to renew and to get an overview of contracts I have and what they do. Additionally, it would be great to add the pdf of the contract.

I guess the most common way is to split the information. Reminders in the calendar, excel sheet to list all contracts and subscriptions with side notes and manually searching for the contract pdf. But is there no combined service for all of this?

Or maybe someone has a completely different way like contract management software for solving this.

I'm open for anything and thank in advance!

RE: Solution to manage my contracts and subscriptions

    Hi,

Dock365 is the best software available in the market which is a complete contract management software. It has powerful features and helps companies to reduce time and effort in managing contracts, invoices, payments, expenses and assets. The best thing about Dock365 is that it works seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365. By connecting Dynamics 365 and Dock365 together, you'll be able to work together seamlessly to handle the entire contract lifecycle. This will ensure that there are no costly errors and your sales and contract management teams are working on the same page.

So I would recommend you to go for Dock365 for better experience with online support!!!

    Hi

Can you give a bit more business background?

    Are you using Dynnamics already?

Is this personal or across multiple users?

    Hi,

You should create a calculated field to obtain the number of days (termination date - margin). More information here:

Calculated Field Formulas | Microsoft Docs

When that has been implemented you should create a flow on Power Platform (with a daily recurrence) that triggers an email when that field has determinate number. Here more info:

How to Use Power Automate with Calculated or Roll-Up Fields (loganconsulting.com)
