thanks Parag for quick replies,

so the best practice is built this point ?==> Canvas App and put the link (or embed) in the employee self-service. the Canvas Apps could be created for additional features, not just resignation.

the short action without creating new apps is :

1. assign onboarding checklist

2. click termination
