Change default number of copies when printing in Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision 4.0

I have a client who has accidentally changed the default number of copies when printing to 5 copies.  Every time the application starts, there are 5 copies already input.  It used to simply be 1 copy, but the user made an unknown adjustment, and now it reverts to 5 copies no matter what.  Does anyone know how to make this adjustment?

    Look at Customer Card on 'Invoice Copies' field. You can configure number of invoice copies per each customer.

    I logged back on to the client workstation to attempt what you recommended, but there is no "Customer Card" field.  The 5 copies issue appears to be system wide, except for one Customer.  That one will always print 1 copy.  Every time shipping is done, our client needs to print 5 copies of their bill and 1 copy of the shipping label, but the application tries to default to 5 copies of the label.

    Customer Card is not a field. lol.

    Open the Customer Card form/page and  check "Invoice Copies" field there.
