Delivery Date Control not recognizing Closed for Pickup Dates

Hi everyone.  We have holidays and weekends Closed for Pick Up in our calendars.  Delivery Date Control is still scheduling weekends though on Sales Orders.  We are on version .23.  Has anyone else seen this before?

    Update:  Issue was that some Modes of Delivery did not have a Transport Calendar assigned.
