I am trying to assign the correct privileges to the Accounts payable team to enable them to reset all distributions when needed. Currently, it is users that have system admin roles that have been able to perform this task. Looking through the forums, I can see that by applying Accountant, Accounts Payable manager, Accounts payable clerk have been suggested that would allow access to reset all distributions. However, we have applied these roles and still this function is greyed out to the user.
Has anyone got any other ideas on a suitable role/ privilege that will enable the reset all distribution to function ?

The button becomes available once the user has more rights than just view permissions on this form. Out of the box, there is only one role with edit or higher permissions which is the Accounts receivable manager. I wouldn't add this role to your AP team. You can consider adding a new privilege with maintain rights for the Accounting distributions and add that to the role for the AP team.
