Sales Tax Office - AX2012 Prod to STO Prod Not Working but AX PrePROD to STO Prod works!

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi all,

We recently tried implementing a new sales tax office through CCH on-prem and saw a number of critical issues affecting all orders system-wide when going live with AX2012 Prod pointing to STO Prod.  Every AX environment has its own instance of STO.   However, when we point AX Pre-Prod to STO Prod, everything works as expected, so we are quite baffled.

It began when attempting to send Estimates or Confirmations

When approving an estimate

When trying to send a quotation (even when trying to simply put it to "sent" without sending an estimate via fax/email/print

Another error that the estimators are receiving looks like.

Any insight is highly appreciated.

Thank you!

    Hi,

CCH is not a part of the standard application shipped from MS.

I would thus recommend that you directly contact a sales / support representative from CCH to get some help.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig
