Hi,

I have a system generated report by name 'Sales Pipeline', when i run the report, after running the report when i click on any single record from the report, it redirects and went to different URL.

For Example: My CRM is running on a public IP address right now, so there is no domain. But when i click on any record on the report the URL gets changed and in place of IP address my machine name (The machine on which CRM is running/installed) appears with error Not Found. 404.

I have checked my dns if there is any entry with machine name against IP address but there isn't any. If anyone can help me in this regard, how can i figure out or change the URL.

To add to the previous post, you should use the CRM_URL report parameter to build the url in the Action, as this will be generated by CRM. This will use the url as per the configuration in CRM Deployment Manager

Hi,

You have to check what url is actually given in Action tab for such. You can download report and edit it in VS to set different url to redirect.
