Hi all,

I would like to archive my email templates. Is there any possibility to do this?

Kind regards.

    Hi partner,

Is your issue solved? Are there any other problems?

Don't forget to close this theme by clicking Yes to mark the verified answer.

This will help other users with the same theme.

    Thanks.  :)

    Hi Dennis,

We can export these email templates as a solution locally so that we can import them into D365 if we need them later.

Once we have created a new solution, click Add Existing > Email Template to select the email template you want to back up.

(Applies only to system email templates. Personal email templates cannot be added to the solution.)

Finally click on Export Solution to export and store it locally. Just import it when you need it.

Please refer to this article on the solution:

    Hi Lu,

    Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately the documents could not resolve my issue. Maybe I should be more explicit.

I've multiple email template in Dynamics365 - Customer Service Hub which are not in use anymore. I would to Archive these templates rather than deleting them. The deleting option is visible to me, but I wonder if there is a option to Archive them for later use for in stance.

    Below printscreens from my environment:

I hope you can help me on this one.

    Kind regards.

    Hi Dennis,

Of course, this is possible. Dynamics 365 has the feature to create and archive email templates.

We can create a system email template or a personal email template.

The system email template is available to users within the organization. The personal email template is available to user himself/herself.

Please refer to these two articles to know how to create and use email templates:
