Hi community.

we are trying to create a workorder using the API. we give our workorder an enddate of /msdyn_datewindowend/:/2023-07-19T14:06:00Z/ but when we look into the system we see the date in FSM is 2023-07-20T14:05:00Z.
Is this normal behaviour? is there somewhere documentation on the reason behind this behaviour? is there a setting where we can turn off this behaviour?

    Hi,

After we analyzed the information you provided and searched for information. We think it may be related to time zone differences.

Based on the results of our search, it appears that the /msdyn_datewindowend/ field is a DateTime field that stores date and time data in UTC format. When this data is retrieved, it is converted to the local time of the currently logged in user. This means that if your local time zone does not match the time zone set using the API settings, there will be a time difference.

In addition, the above points are only one possibility and are not sure to solve your problem. If this issue has caused a serious impact on your business, we strongly recommend you to seek Microsoft technical support using the link below.
