    Hi Sylvia Dixon,

You mean the person to follow up for collection from customer side?

From Collection management list page 》 Collection form will help you all you need for Collection process.

On rigth hand side there are fact boxes, you can will see there customer address and contact information also.

    Hello Sylvia,

Do you refer to this contact that can be setup at the customer level?

You did not provide many information and therefore it is not absolutely clear what you are looking for.

In case you look out for another contact then please provide more information.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Sylvia,

Go to Customers > Contacts > Add contact.

    pastedimage1602360022952v1.png

You can add a new contact in the form that opens up which will be linked to the customer. You can then choose the same contact in the Collections contact field

    Hi Sylvia,

Go to Customer screen >> You have to add customer contact in below area in 'All customers' form. Once you created then you can add address, contact information and other relevant details of this Collection contact.

.2.  As 2nd step, you just have to select this contact as Collection contact.

    4. Just FYI, You can view all your contacts information from "View Contacts" screen

    Hope this clarifies.

    Hello Silvia,

This can be achieved in the customer master record by creating a new contact.

Junaid shared a screenprint further above that illustrates this.

Would be great if you could check this out and let us know if it worked for you.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
