Hi,

I have setup the RSAT tool on my Laptop,

While trying to run a daily gl test case I'm getting the below error:

Status: Test case failed.

ERROR:
The client is not open

DEBUG INFO:

What could be the issue here.

Yes, but in Microsoft Edge, I have multiple profiles. I'll just try to open the client in all the profiles and check again. I doubt it would work but giving it a try.

I opened the UAT dashboard link in all the profiles, still not working. Next, I'll change to chrome and check.

Chrome driver not installing. Same error in Edge. I forgot to run as Admin. Now the Cmd Prompt is opening but the test is failing with same error.

I restarted my PC,

Again tried Chrome, this time the driver got installed. The test ran and passed.

Maybe the issue with Edge is multiple profiles??

Hi MYGz,

The issue might be with the profiles on Edge. You could do a quick test if you can setup RSAT to the same D365 F&O instance from a different system or from one of the Dev servers (if available).
