Additional guest/partner details in Event Registration form

Hi All,

Is there a way to register guest information on a event registration form.(Customer Insights- Real time Marketing)
Requirement is that , while registering for an event ,user should have the facility to add their partners details/guests details for registration.
As of now they are not contact in Dynamics, but maybe after adding through registration form we can add them as contact. 
In that case looking into Registration and attendance tab in Event Planning, they should be able to see 2 registration one for main contact and one for guest/partner.
Is it possible, Knew it is not in out-of-box. But can we achieve this in any form like plugins or power automate.?
