How Do I View All Work Items Assigned

we are improving our timesheeting process, but a lot of our timesheets get stuck with lazy approvers,

I know I can view all work items assigned to me, but how can i view all work items assigned with the assignee in the field.

Obliviously you can go into workflow history but that doesn't show you the person assigned (only if you click through)

has anyone got any ideas?

    Designing a custom form/ view is always a option. You have to pull in data from workflow history tables in your custom view.

    Hi Michael,

    There is a report for missing timesheets with a status, but the manager listed, might not be the person which the workflow is assigned to.

    To get the correct workflow status, you can consider a custom report or try to get workflow data in Excel using a (custom) data entity.

    Thanks Andre, that's what I came to aswell.

    We have used power BI to pull the data entity of workitems but not really happy having to use an external application,

    we may need a custom report.

    Hi Michael,

    I do understand your concern. Power BI is used by a lot of companies. You can embed Power BI reports on workspaces.
