How do I adjust the column width of a field in Detail Trial Balance printout/report?

Hi experts, may I know how do I extend the number of characters displayed in Detailed Trial Balance Report? I only want to extend the Document No. to show more characters so the wordings are not wrapped. I have access to Designer on the server. Thanks very much.

Hi,

Open your report in Designer, View -> Layout, change size your fields,

Hi Tatiana, thanks for replying. When I try to do that, it says a supported version of Visual Studio could not be found. What do I do?

Hi Tatiana, I managed to get it opened. But how do I adjust the Document No.? Do I just drag the column?

Hi,

Yes it is, you can select field and you can see option to change size of rectangle or drag it

Its like excel, just drag the column as per your needs.

You can check report properties and choose paper orientation
