Error when trying to print in the CFDI section

Hello,
I'm trying to generate a print report in the Accounts Receivable >> Queries and Reports >> CFDI section, but I'm getting the following error (attached image). I eventually resolved it in my test environment—I found that the permission allowing it is "Key Vault Secret Key."
However, when I migrated my roles to production, the error reappeared. This doesn’t make sense to me since the configurations are the same, and it works in test but not in production. I know it should work because the "Key Vault Secret Key" privilege comes from a role called System Administrator, and when I add it, it works.
Does anyone know the exact privilege required or why it works in test but not in production?

    This issue is looks like from the Azure Key Vault access permissions not being granted correctly in the production environment, even if roles were migrated. The “Key Vault Secret Key” privilege is essential for accessing secrets used in CFDI printing, typically certificates or configurations.

    In test, it works because the Key Vault access policy is likely properly set for the user. In production, double-check that the D365 FO application identity has the same Key Vault permissions (Secret Get/Decrypt). Role migration alone doesn’t configure Azure Key Vault access—this must be done separately in Azure.

    Thanks.

    @Raj BoradHi,
    The issue is that when I set the role to "Director of Information Technology" in production, it works. I noticed that the "keys" privilege works in the test environment but not in production. The strange thing is that with this specific role, it does work in production.
