Hi, I'm creating a Customer Journey involving an email that has multiple links to different pages in it. I want the Journey to do different things depending on which of those links inside the email has been clicked, however, the If/Then operator in the Journey designer only gives you the option to set a condition if any link in the email is clicked. I can't see an option to say, "if link A is clicked, do this, but if link B is clicked, do something different."
Has anyone encountered this and can offer a suggestion?
Thanks,
Hi, is this a real-time journey or the old outbound customer journey? In real-time, I guess what you need is a trigger on the landing page. So three links = three pages = three triggers. ANd then, in the journey, wait for trigger to occur... ?
Hello,
I do not have this option to identify what link is clicked in the email. Is this still a feature?
Thanks
Hi,
