So we are looking to create customer facing forms accessible to our clients. We currently use cognito forms for this capability. We thought of using Dynamics Customer Voice for it (since it depends on some of the data that currently resides in Dynamics 365). However, we do need e-signature capabilities and ability to invite users to update certain portions of the form while we update others on our end and then upload all of the data into the Dynamics 365. We also need PDF export, partial save, etc...
We also thought to maybe use Power Automate with CognitoForms and automate all this that way but I would be curious on what approach you folks would take when it comes to forms like this.
