How to extract the name of the report from the front end of dynamic.

I want to edit the Pro forma report in report editor but i dont know how to extract the exact name of this report from here.

    Thank you sir, I tried to find PurchFormLetter_PurchaseOrder report in the list of report but it was not there. Is it placed anywhere else?

    I have checked it in here and in the main report folder as well.
