Need some suggestions. GP customer looking to automate Purchase Order Processing. They will be creating drop ship purchase orders throughout the day.

Then they would like to automatically email the POs on a schedule at least once or twice a day. Can we do that within GP or with an add-on. Open to ideas. Look forward to a response.

Purchase Order Automation

I'd recommend Dynamics Report Manager from Rockton Software. You can send everything on a schedule -- as long as you have it running on an unattended GP machine and the schedule screen is open. You also need to be running SSRS.

Have done this for other clients and everything is triggered on the PO date. The user just prints the PO to the screen to set the status as released. DRM then just runs once a day at the end of the day and sends everything in a batch.
