Is it possible to unallocate components from a Production Order automatically when those components are needed on other Orders?

Hello,

In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, there isn't a direct feature to automatically unallocate components from a Production Order when those components are needed on other orders. However, you can manage this manually by using the Replan or Refresh actions on production orders.

The Replan action recalculates and plans for any new demand for the production order, which can help in reallocating components based on the latest requirements.
The Refresh action recalculates the production order lines based on the current production BOM and routing.

No, Business Central does not have a standard feature to automatically unallocate components from a Production Order when they are needed on other orders.

I don't think this is possible with standard functionality, but you can check AppSource for an add-on that meets your business process requirements.
