Enterprise Portal Timesheet Comments Text Box - where stored?

In submitting a timesheet, a Comments text box appears upon saving / submitting.

However, we cannot find where the data can be viewed subsequently by a timehseet approved or other people with View rights.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I assume you are asking for the workflow comments. In the workflow bar click on Actions > View history to see the comments..

    Thank you for the suggestion. To further clarify this topic, from our Incident Tracking system for this project:

    Note that this incident is flagged as having a related Incident - 784 Visibility of Submit, Approve, Return comments to the intended reader in EP Expense Mgmt.

    Incident 784 has been extended to include Exp Mgmt, Timesheet and Purchase Req workflows.

    While Actions>View History is suppossed to show the comments, Incident 784 highlights that View History does not necessarily show the complete history - and Submit, Approve, Return comments may not be visible to the intended reader of View History

    Hi Peter,

    The answer depends on the timesheet you are using. We use time clock and every time an employee fills his timesheet, an email will be sent to the superior or the person who approves saying an employee has filled the timesheet. Then he approves or disapproves the timesheet with comments mentioned.

    All these comments, submitted date, approved date, approved person name, etc. will be mentioned in the same page.

    Check out for the approved or disapproved timesheet page or something, which will have the data you are looking for.
