Dynamics NAV 2018 32 bit com automation object creates on server not client workstation

I have a 32 bit com automation object I use CREATE function in CAL code and it creates and works on a one box setup, developers install. I have to run the 32 bit .exe for it to work, but that makes sense because it is 32 bit com object. In production installation, the object works fine on the NAV server, but on the NAV workstation even running 32 bit .exe, it will not create my object. Is there something I'm missing? Trying to figure out why it works on the server but not workstation.
