to access you need to do some steps additionally.
if you will need some network knowledge to do this or you will need help from Network Guy.
1. Assign Static IP to your Demo VM
2. make sure that you can access your vm , try with remote desktop , if you can connect remotely that's mean you can connect from outside.
3. go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc and open host file with notepad and add entry , as example if your ip is 192.168.1.100 then entry should be as follows
192.168.1.100 usnconeboxax1aos.cloud.onebox.dynamics.com
4. save and exit from notepad then go to your client PC and type URL , then you should able to acess the instance .
For SQL server Authentication, Use below user name & password
USERNAME: AOSUSER
PASSWORD: AOSWebSite@123
try above steps and update with your findings.,
