Yes Does Microsoft still offer a Global Training License? If so how to obtain? And this is for the CRONUS database, right?
Hi Vasilis,
You need to be current on your SPA to download the latest license from Voice.
Contact the person, in you company to check, whether you are current on your SPA or can that person to contact your PAM.

Dear Suresh,
No, I am referring to the Partner NAV 2018 Development License. Did you manage to download the partner license from VOICE? in our settings in the major version there is no 2018 option only 2009R2-2017.

I hope you are referring to the Global Training License, not sure about timing but hopefully by the time they release CU1
Dynamics Nav Development License should be requested through your Microsoft Partner.
