Sales Tax Group = No Tax

Dear D365 Community,

As you can see below if we have a regular sales tax group I can go to the Financial > Sales Tax I see a sales tax calculation in screen 2 but not in screen 4 when i have a sales tax code = NO TAX.

What we are looking for is to see the sales tax code = NO TAX agasint the transaction so we can report on it at the end of the month in the D365 Sales tax transactions report.

Currently no sales with NON TAX are on any of the out of the box sales tax reports and we need them for usage tax and other sales tax "manual" calculations.

Hello Michael,

Do you have a sales tax code 'no tax' setup with a 0% rate?

Is this sales tax code included in a sales tax group and item sales tax group as any other sales tax code?

If this is the case then you will see the calculation.

I just realized I did not have the sales tax code NO TAX on the sales tax item groups.
