You can restart the environment if that's what you need.

Hi, You can temporarily delete it and restore it within 14 days.
Dynamics 365 Business Central: Restore deleted environments (Environment recovery)

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

@ not even via PowerShell? I was scanning some MS documentation and there seems to be mention of it.

    Thanks

In a Business Central SaaS (cloud) sandbox environment, you cannot stop or start network services like you could in an on-premises setup. Microsoft fully manages the infrastructure in SaaS, so actions like restarting services, accessing the database directly, or stopping AL service tiers are not available.

However, here are your closest alternatives:  Restart the Sandbox Environment You can effectively simulate a service restart by deleting and redeploying the sandbox:

Go to Admin Center → Environments → Select the sandbox. Click Delete, then create a new sandbox from a backup or production. This refreshes the environment entirely and often resolves service-related issues.

    Thanks

I remember I received the same request while working way before within NAV. With the help of DotNet variables it just took an hour or so to achieve this(Any services we have in windows). SaaS Version BC we cannot achieve this with the level of architecture now we have, so the only way out is you need to go with the admin center and play out with the available options.
