Hi
In our Dynamics 365 CE solution we have listed some special system users among the active users (see screenshot):
These "users" are also displayed in the owner search field (see Screenshot):
Can I hide these "users" in the owner lookup serach? Can I also deactivate or delete these users?
I would be very happy to receive suggestions.

Hi Dy365Fan,
You can add condition to the ‘User’ lookup view to filter these users you don’t need.
Go Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > User > View to open the 'User lookup view'
Then add following filter to the view:
Save and publish all customozations.
