Add a param to the URL in a Web Form (Portal)

I'm working through a Web Form on the Portal. The steps take me through a particular entity, which works fine. However I'd like to include a step to include information from the contact.

How can I add the contact id to the url when running through the steps so I can reference it at the appropriate step?

Do you want to include your contact information in the URL and display it when you click?

I just need a parameter so that I can reference it when the Web Form wants to show the information from the contact instead of the custom entity which is the main focus of the Web Form
