Hi,
We attempted to embed a dynamics sign up web form to a custom tab on a Facebook Business Page. This should work normally, however we have received an error message related to web hosting (see image below). To rectify this, the Facebook domain was authenticated on Dynamics and enabled for form hosting. However, this has not solved the issue. It was not possible to authenticate a specific Facebook page, but only Facebook as a whole domain.
Wondering if anyone has experienced such an issue before? How can this be resolved?
Hi,
Have you tried to create the form directly in the Facebook business page and then create a capture form in Dynamics Marketing to capture the submission from Facebook?
It allows to bypass the authentication of the domain.
