Running CRM 2016 on premise v 8.0.1.97
We recently upgraded from CRM 2011 on premise to the above version of CRM 2016 on premise. In July, users had Office 365 pushed to their machine (used to have office 2013) and the 2011 outlook client was uninstalled and the 2016 client installed.
Have noticed now that thousands of duplicate tasks were created on that day - tasks which were created in 2011 months prior and were completed and part of their related entity's closed activities. However on this date in July the same task was created again with the same original due date .
Any suggestions on how this could have occurred?
