This is Andrea, and I’ll assist you with your question today.
The ‘Year’ field in the PTO Detail Inquiry window is pulled from the PTO30100 table (all data in this window is pulled from this table).
Specifically, GP will populate the ‘Year’ drop down with all years that are present in the CHEKDATE field in the PTO30100 from ‘newest’ to ‘oldest’. So, if you have data in PTO30100 table associated with a 2027 year, and the 2027 year is the ‘newest’ year in that table – it will be listed first in the Year drop-down.
To avoid having the 2027 year showing in the ‘Year’ drop down, you’d need to ensure there are no records with a 2027 year in the PTO30100 table.
