Business Performance Analytics Sales Aging Report

Hi all,
             I have installed the 'Business Performance Analytics' app in my Tier 2 environment. The installation completed successfully and the reports are working. But the 'Sales Aging' report does not show any data. I checked customer invoices in my FO Env and the data is exist. But in that report I can't able to see any data.
 
Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.

    The issue with the 'Sales Aging' report not displaying data in the Business Performance Analytics app could be due to several factors. Here's how you can troubleshoot and resolve it:
     
    Possible Causes
    1. Data Model Configuration:
      • The 'Order to Cash' data model, which powers the Sales Aging report, might not be enabled in your environment. By default, this model isn't enabled for customers and requires a request to Microsoft Support.
    2. Data Synchronization:
      • Ensure that the data synchronization process between your Finance and Operations (FO) environment and the Business Performance Analytics app is functioning correctly. Missing or incomplete synchronization can lead to empty reports.
    3. Diagnostics Page:
      • The Business Performance Analytics app includes a diagnostics page that provides insights into app health and data issues. Check the diagnostics page for any error messages or notifications.
    4. Report Filters:
      • Verify the filters applied to the Sales Aging report. Incorrect filters might exclude relevant data.
    5. Permissions:
      • Ensure that the user accessing the report has the necessary permissions to view the data.
    Steps to Resolve
    1. Enable the 'Order to Cash' Data Model:
      • Submit a request to Microsoft Support to enable the 'Order to Cash' data model for your environment.
    2. Check Data Synchronization:
      • Review the synchronization logs in your FO environment to ensure that customer invoice data is being transferred correctly to the Business Performance Analytics app.
    3. Use the Diagnostics Page:
      • Access the diagnostics page from the Administration section of the app. Review system status and resolve any issues flagged in the messages.
    4. Adjust Report Filters:
      • Open the Sales Aging report and check the slicers and filter pane. Remove or adjust filters to ensure all relevant data is included.
    5. Verify Permissions:
      • Confirm that the user has access to the necessary roles and settings to view the report.
