I was wondering if this article 872062 applies to GP 2013, i do not see it listed on th earticle but was curious as if tis would work on 2013.

If you are using desktop GP2013 this would be exactly the same.

Unable to open dictionary C:\DYNAMICS\REPORTS.DIC" and "Problem starting up report" when attempting to print a report

Yes it would apply. The KB just hasn't been updated to say specifically GP 2013. Since there are no changes when it comes to how GP looks for the Reports.dic file this would go for 2013 as well.

There are several knowledge base articles which are not updated to include the newer versions of Dynamics GP.

This one applies on GP 2013 as well.
