Hello all,

I have created a lookup in transaction (Virtual entity) to contact (out of the box entity). When I try to get the contacts that made transactions in specific merchant I can't find the transaction entity in the related section of the contact in the advanced find any help?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Faty,

Unfortunately, it seems that it can't be achieved.

    Hi Leah,

Is there any method to show related virtual entity under Related section in the Advanced Find for on premise?

    Thanks,

But i can find it in the new Advanced Filter Feature in UCI:

Next to the "Search this view" field is a small filter icon. This will open an advanced filtering panel.

    Hi Leah

I did what you mentioned but I can't find the transaction entity in the related section of the contact in the advanced find and I don't know why.

    Hi Faty,

You mentioned that you have created a lookup in transaction (Virtual entity) to contact (out of the box entity), which means that the contact and the transaction is 1:N relationship.

You can go Settings > Customizations > Customize the System > Entities > Contact > 1:N Relationships to find the relationship with the transaction (Virtual entity).

In the relationship dialog, 'Searchable' should be Yes and 'Display Option' must not set on Do Not display but on Custom Label or Use Plural Names, then only you will get the related entity in Advanced find.

    Save and Publish all customizations.
