Dynamics Community Forum Thread Details

I have one VM that will not take the install. Specs are Windows 7 32 bit, Nav RTC install. Fails every time with the following install log. I have done some searching and people with similar issues tried installing IIS and installing the prerequisite URL rewrite, tried both but am still getting the same error.
