NAV standard app publishing error?

Hi All,

I have upgraded nav CU4 to nav CU10 in 2017 as below setps

1. directly opened CU4 database in nav CU10 and converted.

2. After conversion i have synch database

3. updated their customizations means CU10 objects imported and replaced

4. Then again Sync the database

5. Lastly done a UPgrade data scuccesfully.

Now customer asking to install standard extensions

1. Paypal Payment

2. Sales&inventory forcasting

So now my solution upgraded to CU 10 so by NAV CU10 DVD i have taken EXTENSION folder and try to install PayPal Payment Extension by Poweshell Commend but got an below error.

Publish-NAVApp : Development Environment - Compile Object Errors:
[22924070] The XXXXXXX-Demo-2017-CU10_8eca14c254e648aea085153eb41aeadd database on the INDIA-SQL\SQL2016 server cannot be opened by this version of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Development Environment. The database has already been converted by a newer version.You must upgrade the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Development Environment to the latest version
to open the database.

When i run this commend XXXXXXX-Demo-2017-CU10_8eca14c254e648aea085153eb41ae my copy database created as above. Is it correct.

Any one face this error please suggest me.
