When we create an applicant & application during the recruitment project we attach certain documents against both the applicant and application. When we then create the employee we would like those attachments to “copy” over to the employee from the applicant & application.
Can Someone help me to do that?

The documents are linked using tables like DocuRef and DocuValue. The DocuRef table has fields with reference to the table ID and record ID where the attachment belongs to. If you stored the document in the database, the DocuValue table is also important here. You can or copy the DocuRef (and DocuValue) record and link it to the table ID and record ID of the worker or if you want to "move" the documents, you can change the table and record references.

To be able to do this, you need to have a small customization. A developer would be able to realize it.
