I just signed up for this exam to get my certification and I am a bit nervous. Is there any links or information where I can find out what to study and what will be on the exam?

I took the CRM bootcamp in march but this would be my first big exam.

    1. Start by following this exam skills outline to determine the framework of your learning.
    2. Learn some of the basics with the free Learning paths.
    3. Purchase a paid instructor-led courses to gain the skills needed to become certified.
    4. You can search for practice questions on third-party websites on the Internet by using the keyword "mb 210 exam question".

    Hi!

    Besides doing your due dilligence regarding studies, here are my best advice to prepare:
     
    • In general, Microsoft creates questions that are best answered by OOB-functionality. Learn what they are called, and their typical application and you can achieve a lot by this alone.
    • When you study, have D365 Sales open and navigate through the app while reading. This give's some "muscle memory" and better understand the processes and features that are described in text.
    • A failed exam will give you information on what you need to improve on. This alone is usually a stronger business case than spending too many hours preparing.

And you can explore online forums and communities where professionals share their exam experiences and study tips.
