I have heard from my Channel Partner that they heard that Microsoft is not committed to the Marketing App for CRM.  Is this true?

RE: Microsoft Commitment to Dynamics 365 Marketing App

We have spectrum of implementation partners across all geos who specialize on D365 Marketing, and have their staff certified on D365 Marketing -- so the ecosystem has all kind of partner support for customers for going live for their business scenarios. Definitely there seems

Can you please be specific on what kind of implementation support you are looking for (event management, email marketing, inbound pages, industry specific AND what geo: US/EUR/APAC etc). Based on that we can guide further on the right resources to look through.

(and of course, Channel Partner is incorrect. Microsoft is invested in the long term success of D365 Marketing, and partner ecosystem is integral to this success!)

    Thanks Ken!

Is there a reason why our channel partner would say that they cannot get enough resources to help in implementation?

    Thanks,

    Hello,

I am certain that there are multiple options for this and maybe others in the community can chime in. However, I am aware of a Microsoft Word addon that allows for the conversion:

    Hello,

This forum channels is for 'break/fix', 'how to' type questions.

What I can say is that Marketing has been a part of our last two feature updates as seen below:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../

    docs.microsoft.com/.../

Also, if there are features that you would like to see in Marketing or any of our other areas you can go out to the site below:

    experience.dynamics.com/.../

Here you can search existing ideas or create a new idea for the product. All of these are reviewed by our product managers and regularly used when considering new features for our products.

    Thank you,

    Ken Hubbard
