I would like to have a table/chart/graph that shows me how my email campaigns (customer journeys) are performing with info such as opens, clock throughs and as a percentage of sent.
I may be missing something, but based on our current setup, I can only see information provided under the Insights section of a campaign. Our team manually gathered information (total number of sent emails, how many were opened, how many hyperlink clicks we got) and calculated percentage info. The problems with this are:
1) It is manual.
2) We can only show how we are doing in total, not individual swim lanes.
It would be great to have this automatically available in CRM and be able to get the data by timelines and individual Swim Lanes, as well as in total as shown here.
